What is the return/refund policy?

CUSTOM PRESERVATION PIECES: non-refundable once we receive your flowers and begin the preservation process.


SEASONAL/READY-MADE KEEPSAKES: eligible for a 50% REFUND if damaged in shipping (view full policy at checkout).

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. If something arrives damaged or is not to your liking, please see our return policies.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Drying time is 2-4 weeks depending on the flowers and size of the order and including shipping, we aim to have your order complete within 2 months which is quicker than most competitiors!

When will I receive my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I care for my preserved keepsakes?

Display indoors out of direct sunlight and areas that are humid and hot. Natural fading will occur over time.

What are your sustainability policies?

We do our best to obtain materials and resources locally whenever possible as well as choose the most efficient shipping route!
